To prepare the wings, split them into drums and flats and discard the tips.
Once you're done separating the wings, give them a little pat dry using a paper towel. Then, simply pop them onto a cooling rack and let them chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to get rid of any extra moisture.
Crank up your Traeger Timberline XL to 400º. While it heats up, place your wings in a large bowl, add your favorite seasoning and a little cornstarch, then toss to combine and coat the wings. Then place your wings back on the cooling rack and season both sides.
Using your cooling rack place your seasoned wings onto the Traeger Timberline XL and grill for about 45 minutes (checking them at about 30 minutes).
Once the wings appear crispy, remove them from the grill and transfer them to a large bowl. Add some Irish Whiskey BBQ Sauce and toss to incorporate them well. Put the coated wings back on the grill and cook for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
