As you get your ingredients ready to prep, set your Traeger Timberline 1300 temp to 250° and allow it to come to temp.
Begin by slicing your bacon strips in half, then wrap each Oreo, ensuring that the bacon meets on the bottom side of each Oreo. Depending on the width of the bacon, you may want to slide one side slightly to create a strip that goes end to end on the Oreo, but not over the sides.
1/2 strip Bacon, 1 cookie Oreos
With the Oreos wrapped with bacon, season liberally (in our case with Meat Church Honey Hog) and let them seasoning adhere for about 15 minutes.
1/2 tsp Meat Church Honey Hog Rub
Place your Bacon wrapped Oreo rack on the smoker at 250° and allow them to smoke for about 45 minutes. When the bacon looks ready, pull them and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes, prior to serving.
After resting for 10-15 minutes, serve them to your guests and see what they think!
