Turn your Traeger Timberline 1300 on and set the temperature to 325° and allow it to come to temp
While your Traeger is heating up, drizzle the olive oil on top of your salmon fillet. Lightly spread the olive oil evenly across the top of the salmon fillet.
Next shake a liberal coating of the Rock's Anytime Spice blend (or substitute with your favorite blend/rub) and create a full coating across the top of the salmon fillet.
Place the salmon fillet on the smoker and close the lid. Allow it to smoke for 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temp rises to 140°
Remove the salmon and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
